This device was developed by Professor Konstantin Meyl, a German scientist who modernized the work of Nicolas Tesla, a 20th century physicist. It is a scalar wave generator.

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943), le génie aux 700 brevets, parlait d’énergie libre. Georges Lakhovsky (1870-1942) a inventé l’ « oscillateur à longueur d’ondes multiples » qui a donné de remarquables résultats pour le traitement de maladies diverses. Cependant il utilisait un courant de 480'000 volts, ce qui était dangereux voir mortel en cas de mauvaise utilisation.
